THE BADAGRY OVI !!!

 Dee why so many pictures?
well I found it real hard to choose, i liked the ones without the glasses, the ones with the vintage glasses, the ones with my brother's medicated glasses, the ones with the knapsack and even the ones i was holding the lamp and playing hair.

lol..you all gotta understand how hard it is to choose from real good pictures.

Hello.
First of let me start by explaining the post title, you all know by now that I am proudly a Badagry child, I am Egun as they call us. Ovi means child in the Egun language hence the title of this post.

When I say my style sometimes bother on Afrocentric this is what i mean.
I bought this dress during on of my vintage street buy moment and I knew i was the only one who would really understand it or love it without it being styled or worn perfectly.

its my go to casual dress and i love that it has two layers with two patterns and that it looks very tribal.
By now you all know my sandals and don't you just love the knapsack? its on sale on my Shop

I tend to buy a lot of things that people consider weird, my shoes, purses and even some clothing.
Have you ever bought anything you loved so much but also knew no one would get?

Earlier today, some word came to my mind that i want to share;
do you know, that ITS HARD TO BE MEAN TO PEOPLE THAT ARE NICE TO YOU.
you might think them sneaky or shady but at the very moment that they are nice to you, you can't be nothing but nice to them back.
with this in mind, its important to be nice to everyone you encounter or meet at every point of your day and life, if you do treat them so well they can't treat you anyway else and if they are actually special cases, you would find some humour in their misbehaviour
.
Have a great weekend ahead guys.
i hope you enjoyed the multitasking tips in my last post.
watch out for my review on where to eat this weekend.

I feel you girl, sometimes the pictures and poses are too good. I love this dress, it's so tribal and unique. Probably not something I would wear personally but I like how you styled it. The bag and sandals add a nice vintage feel to this look. Your braids also take this look to the next level.

Lol! Real photoblast! Haha but sometimes I'm just the same when it comes to choose the pictures to go by in a post. Better off with all than None right? Love the dress too and the vintage glasses are so cool.
