1 MINUTE DIY: SKIRT TO 2-PIECE

Earlier this year, I bought the striped skirt pictured above in Balogun market for about N700 in the evening on my way back from work.

I thought I had bought my new wear-about skirt until I got home and realised that the white lines had black coloured stains on them.

I was a bit upset then I dismissed it and decided that I was done with it.

well so I thought that night but it kept on popping out of my junk basket, i couldn't give something that was stained to someone and I was too sad to turn it into a rag.

finally I decided to DIY.

I turned my loss into a gain by adding not just one but two pieces more into my wardrobe.

the process was very easy i worked with the stain, making the longer portion my skirt and the shorter one the tube top, you can also decide to hem yours but i left mine.
