ARROWS x JOURNEYS

I have often wondered why I love fashion, and why i'm here and why i'm doing this. Its simple..I JUST love it. I love playing dress up and experimenting and researching and just Art in general, I'M not trying to be artsy at all but I'm so in love with clothes, the stories behind every collection and how it makes me feel. The Journey collection and its story about travelling home to Lisa's Hometown on long rides and just looking beyond reminds me so much of every trip to Badagry with my mum and brother in that her little white Toyota Carina 2 that she managed to use for 10years and still sold because it was so good. If I had the perfect opportunity to design a collection based on journeys that car would be all over the prints. Holding on and connecting to the positivities and stories in our pasts and histories help us be stronger and better at being human. I'm loving the woman I am becoming each day and it's because I keep looking back to understand how far I have come and to be grateful for my Journeys. Its the weekend already and all i plan on leaving you with today is the understanding that you are not where you were yesterday, in fact you are not where you are going to be tomorrow, but Today at least you know that you are on a beautiful journey that you should always be grateful for.
