HI GUYS!!!
Mid last year I shared pictures wearing this dress from Byge on the blog here, i opted for a dark almost Gothic look in that post, since then i haven't been able to wear this dress again because everyone had something good to say about it that it just always felt to early to wear out again.
I have always wondered why its such an issue to re-wear outfits that belong to us, not like we borrowed or rented them, we own them but there is this unspoken rule about over wearing something or repeating the same outfit, I remember when i was in year one in the university i had a top i bought about 6k which was actually a lot of money to me as my pocket money then was 10k, anyway, I remember my room mate saying that i wore the top too much, too much in this case was about once every two weeks o.
well thats by the way.
So have you been wondering how to rewear all your outfits that are somewhat conspicious and noticeable? Have you already tried my tips here, here and here? then don't worry Dee is here with yet another tip.
Wear an unfinished tulle over it..
Well you can get yours done and finished properly but this was a no sew DiY..
talking about DIYs again i know i owe you one so keep reading and checking the blog it will be here as soon as it can..lol

ReplyDeleteRe-wearing clothes is an issue I recently addressed on the blog, we should never be embarrassed or conscious of the opinion of others in this matter. I love how you recreated the dress, you know when I saw it on Instagram I thought you simply wore a skirt over the dress but the unfinished tulle is even better. I'm waiting anxiously for the DIY as this is something I would love to try, maybe I could actually rock a tulle skirt at last.
ReplyDeleteI love this look so much!
