WEDnesDAY MOODBOARD x WEDDING INSPIRATION x FASHINSPIRATIONS

SKETCH  by D.Mako

 hi stylexpressionists!!!

Right now a lot of my friends are getting married and if this was a conversation, my mum will scream that I'm of marriageable age myself. lol.
Unlike a lot of girls, I have never thought of what my dream wedding should or shouldn’t or would or wouldn’t look like.
though I am still not there, everyone around me is getting engaged and married and I had this moment at the seminar I went last week when I and my friend bukky objected and said we never had wedding dreams..it was weird though, but talk about being tailored that way.
anyways with all the wedding talk in the air, I finally got a good reason to check out wedding blogs like S.M.P ,knotvilleB.T.M, LMD and M.V.W to mention a few.

I ran into a lot of creative and amazing wedding pictures, with a lot of inspiring decors, venues, dresses, concepts, diys and so on.

OMG! I can wait..hehehee

here are some pictures I love from some really nice weddings I found...

I particularly love the idea behind this wedding, the floral bridesmaid dresses, the striped wedding dress and matching bow-tie of the husband and grooms men. Absolutely breath taking and refreshing for me.

yes they were the same guys in the first picture...stylish couple

this was a pre-wedding shoot in Paris, they actually went everywhere and the concept was inspired by a typical Paris elopement wedding day.

About the Artist: Diane has been an artist all her life; painting, drawing and photographing. When her daughter got married last year she asked her to create a drawing of her dress which she would hang in her sitting room and turn the drawing into Thank You cards for her wedding. When friends and family saw this as a Thank You card, of course they started asking her to create watercolor drawings of their wedding gowns, their mom’s wedding gowns, and even their daughters wedding gowns.
